First time I used TNT in Sydney. Very dissapointed, regret, will never use it again, and will not recommend to anyone. The delivery guy come in like a gangster, very rude, force to go to my room like he going to rob me. Not even say hello, thank you, or anything. I am very surprised and didn't expect that kind of attitude from a big delivery service company like TNT.

I have couriered an urgent document to Philadelphia USA from Sri Lanka. The shipment number is GD260863397WW. Due to incorrect details by the Sri Lankan TNT agents the document has been sent to Mexico city. I would have sent this document via ordinary mail faster than this. TNT Freight has 1 thing going for them. Consistency. The freight is consistently late. The customer service is consistently atrocious. The reply is consistently the same, "your cargo is stuck at customs." TNT Freight is consistently the worst freight service I've dealt with. I had a bad experience with TNT. As I was not at home, without trying to contact me for a postponed delivery, the person just dumped the parcels over the gate on the ground in the garden. It had been raining that morning and the ground was moist. In addition, each parcel containing 15 books, the dumping of the parcels above each other damaged some books. Left instructions thru their website asking driver to deliver my parcel at my workplace if delivery is to take beyond a certain time. I got a reply saying they'll get back to me once they have it sorted out. I never got a second message. They collected the shipment and now it is stuck in some Leige or somewhere and they are not even sure when it will get delivered! These people are liars, they can't deliver in the time they promise! Just don't trust them. Avoid using their service if you are sending documents as a matter of urgency. Looks like lot of people have struggled with them. Consistantly fail to collect parcels. please avoid. I have booked out numerous parcels to be collected and they simply do not collect. I have rebooked same parcels out numerous times and they are still here!!. I have contacted them to no avail. IT IS A SHAME AS PARCEL2GO.COM WHO I USE ARE PRETTY RELIABLE. What more can I say. I have ordered, paid and received proof of shipment from the supplier in March 2016. TNT accepted that they have received the parcel in Johannesburg in March . I am in Cape Town and still haven't received the parcel in July. I have been calling them for the past 3 months, speaking to different people which some are no longer with the company but still no clarity as to what happened to the parcel after they received it. As a trade compliance professional that has been shipping globally for 15 years, TNT is the pits! They have a 50% loss rate with my packages shipped with them. The customs documents and filling are almost always incorrect. Their employees are not empowered to fix any problems and are required to follow mundane time consuming procedures that are not trade compliance based. Stay away!
