I do not know how TNT can claim to be an express service

My cargo company in Indonesia choose TNT to deliver time critical documents for an incoming container shipment from Indonesia. It has now been over a week and the documents have still not been delivered to my customs broker. So therefore my container shipment can not be released from customs because after 11 days we have not received our documents. Utterly ridiculous, not professional at all. TNT's logistics seem amateurish at best, with many missed connections and delays. also the tracking system is not up to snuff. Stay away and do yourself a favor and use FED EX or DHL. They always deliver with in 3 days for standard express shipments.

Nascar Watching Review

Three weeks in a row that we have been watching NASCAR on tnt and when they are talking it has been repeating what they said before moving on very frustrating paying good money and can't even watch NASCAR in peace please fixed the problem asap

Delivered to 82 Sugar Rd, label clearly reads 111 Maud St!!!

*** note number clearly states 111 Maud St, why was it delivered to 82 Sugar ROAD?? Why was it up to the receiver at 82 SUGAR ROAD, when he realized it was not meant for him, to deliver it to 111 Maud st? Never had good experiences with TNT, why to people keep using them?? This parcel was sent by a supplier from Sydney to Maroochydore. The Maroochydore depot must surely know the difference with the two main roads in Maroochydore? TNT did not even get the number right, how are they going to get a street right? I could understand if it was delivered to Maud St Nambour (happened before) but if they can't read their own *** note, are they suitable for your important parcel? or business?

Never delivered my package!!!

They never delivered my package. They claimed they rang my bell on the 1st attempt then left a note outside my apt. Building I change my address to make it easier for the delivery guy. First they claimed it wasn't in their computer. Then Lied and said they called and spoke to me.They transfer me to so many unprofessional young people telling one lie after the next. To make a long story short I went to Long Island city to pick up my package. Just as I figure a bunch of young inexperience *** watching me and rolling their eyes I Would Never Recommend or use this company again. Everybody in the office hanging out and gossiping. If you ever get Tanisha on the phone just note that she is a Big liar. She will claim she called you and the other party said no one here by that name ! Worst Service Ever !

Shipment from Fiji to Bermuda lost - been a month so far

TNT are passing the buck around, always "escalating the issue to a colleague" and no one brave enough to tell me they have lost it. Meanwhile I have lost a sale and still no one can tell me what country my box is in.

No feedback for 11 days

South Africa We received invoice 19 June 2014 from Thulie Radebe. Paid on same day and send her the proof of payment as requested on same day. Asked about progress through customs on the 24th, received no answer. Phoned them 24 June 2014 on the number in her email +27 0860 ****41. Got through to a very helpful operator, send him a clear copy of my goods invoice as requested by customs. Today is 30 June 2014, still no response from Thulie Radebe. Where is my parcel? This website wants at least 100 words and I used 87, so I am just filling up the space.

TNT IS INCOMPETENT AND UNRELIABLE

Let me start by saying that I am really frustated with the service TNT has provided us. It's horrible how they can be so irresponsible and incompetent at the same time.

I really don't recommend this courier because believe me, from our experience, it has been nothing but a total disaster. And worst, they don't respond back to e-mails. My boyfriend Jason have had a representative from Parcel2Go ask TNT to deliver a package to me here in the Philippines. The reason why he chose TNT is because he was drawn in it by TNT's Global Express Priority which means that I can receive my parcel within 2-4 days.

Jason wanted me to receive the package on or before the holidays. So the Collector came last 12/18/2013 (Wednesday) and collected the parcel. Everything was there including the invoice that he signed. Now since he paid a hefty price tag for the Global Express option, we were assuming that I will get the package by 12/21/2013 (Saturday) or if not, by 12/23/2013 which is a Monday.

But believe it or not, we were shocked as to what happened next. I have been trying to track the package but it shows "no records found". This was up until 12/23/2013. So, I told my boyfriend Jason about it.

We decided we will wait for a few more days but a few hours later, someone from TNT called him, stating that they need his VAT number. My boyfriend was so mad because he said it is a private parcel and it is not needed. With that being said, the operator said that they will have it delivered now. Jason got frustrated, asking why it have taken them so long to contact him.

Jason said that if they missed something (the detail that they were saying that they missed asking was not needed anyway), they should have called them ASAP, either 12/18/2013 or 12/19/2013. All they did was say sorry. Sorry won't do anything! So they have had it shipped out last 12/23/2013 and I continued tracking the package.

As per stated in their tracking website, the parcel should have been received here in the Philippines by 12/27/2013. Come 12/27/2013, no package came. I checked it out online and saw that the parcel is still in Liege Euro Hub (Belgium) since 12/24/2013. I still tried bearing with them and waited for another day.

No package came. So on 12/29/2013, Jason tried asking a representative from Parcel2Go to check on the status. The chat specialist told Jason that the status should be updated by 12/30/2013. I keep checking it, but up until now, 12/31/2013, it hasn't been updated.

I took this matter in my own hands. I tried chatting with a Specialist from Parcel2Go. The specialist's name was Michelle. Upon checking on it, the reason why the parcel is still held in Liege Euro Hub was because the invoice was not present with the parcel.

What the ***? TNT never contacted us about it and no one tried to follow it up when they know for a fact that the item can't be shipped without the papers! And why don't they have it? They are suppose to have it because it came along with the parcel.

So now, my hopes of getting the package by 01/02 is not gunna happen because of TNT's incompetent services. I am considered lucky if they won't lose my package. Up until now, we are waiting for a feedback.

If this can't be resolved, I guess we will have to consult a legal expert. TNT sucks big time and I dont, I really don't recommend anyone using it.

Is it not parcel 2go fault for not explaining what docs you need to send goods out of EUROPE. After all you booked with them not Tnt.....

They then used tnt

A driver dropped a package at our office front door. It was for a different address.

I rang them to let them know. Was told someone would call back within 2hrs. 6hrs later I got a call, saying they would send a driver to pick it up by close of business. No show, I rang them again, corrected the pickup address again (they wanted to pick it up at the destination address).

Got a call back the next day to say they were confirming that it would be picked up, what time can they get it? gave them our opening times again. 2 Days later ... it is still sitting there.

I can't believe how poor they are. And this as their on-hold music reminded me many times is their "priority service" that provides a secure, trackable, overnight system. I also rang the sender, but unfortunately it is Toll's dispatch & logistics for Optus & Vodafone.

Equally useless.

If it isn't gone today, I might drop it off at the intended address myself or report the "suspicious package containing electronics" to the police.

Probably you should have read the instructions about what documents are needed for custom clearance.

Delayed/lost package

Do not use this company if you are sending time sensitive goods. I am expecting a package from Zimbabwe which was sent March 26/14 the expected date of delivery to Canada was April 1st I tried to track it and their website only said that it has been delayed and I tried calling their customer services in Canada who are very rough and seem to be reciting scripts they also told me they would open a file and someone would call me back in 2 hours I waited 5 hours and decided to call them and again told the same script that they cannot provide me with an expected date of delivery now that it is delayed and someone will call me the following day in the morning. I did not receive a call from them the next morning and again called them and spoke to a customer representative called ANNA whos is supposed to be handling my case she lied to me that it was still in the morning wherever they are based in Canada and was as before, reciting her script of not knowing when I will get my package and acting as if it was not their fault and they do not have control of what is going on. It is very frustrating I am still waiting for my package without a clue when I will receive it if at all. I would not recommend anyone to use this company at all they have the worst customer services and very unprofessional

TNT. "Sure we can".. NOT!!

HEY TNT.. we have used other courier companies in the past, we thought your slogan "Sure we can" and beautiful sales pitch from your sales team gave us confidence about your service. SURPRISE SURPRISE... similar to few others YOU - TNT didnt deliver and dissapoint us again and again and even worse. here is a list of "Sure YOU can" NOT do: 1. "Sure we can" NOT be RESPONSIBLE TNT damaged our goods, No compensation given but a phone call requesting us to destroy our parcel 2. "Sure we can" NOT provide the right information - TNT booking staffs provided misleading information, they have advised shipping labels -to be attached on the 1st box only, and when driver came to pickup, they rejected because we dont have shipping labels on the other boxes. we have raised concerned about this and ask for more shipping lables but booking staff was persistent about the 1 box only label. 3. "Sure we can" NOT link our phone and online booking system TNT missed pickup (OVERNIGHT EXPRESS booked online on tuesday), we then rebooked for pickup on wednesday for 12 oclock express delivery on thursday. they asssure everything will be picked up and delivered by 12 oclock thursday. but system still do this as overnight express 9-5pm thursday delivery. 4. "Sure we can" NOT contact our drivers When told to do an urgent delivery. TNT cannot contact their drivers until 2 pm for the day. and that only via internal messaging system. not like other couriers who can straight away check and call and get ETA on when items will be delivered. oohh.. TNT., really you still want to use your slogan "Sure we can"?

TNT Tracking system

I have dealt with many courier companies, both internally and domestically, and I have to say the TNT is totally and utterly HOPELESS! Especially their 'Consignment Tracker' system so amateurish and unhelpful to say the least. I have lodged a number of complaints with TNT Australia only to be given very lame excuses from both the local TNT depot and/or the call centre or worse still not have my complaint dealt with at all. They take the customers money and in return give the customer a very bad and UNPROFESSIONAL experience. Time that they were taken over by DHL Australia whom I have had the pleasure of using on a couple of occasions and have been totally delight with my experience. Why I don;t use DHL more, I hear you say, well in this economic climate I just can't afford DHL's high couriering cost over TNT so I'm stuck with TNT, if I like it or not.

TNT had promised x times 'it will be delivered in the following business day' but it never happened

I bought an item from sender who uses TNTexpress to deliver to my home. After receiving 'sorry we've missed you card' left at my home I had called to arrange to redeliver to my work address, I was promised it will be delivered in the following business day. However the driver still delivered to my home address and left a card again. 2nd time I called, reconfirm the new delivery address, tnt promised it will be delivered in the next business day, which didn't happen. 3rd time I called, they said simply due to insufficient driver so the item still in the warehouse. Again they promised it will be delivered tomorrow. But it was never delivered the next day. 4th time I called, it was not picked up and stilled in the warehouse. Have to wait to next business day. Whenever I communicated with tnt customer service, they just want to get me off the phone quickly. Keep promising the next day delivery and says they don't know why it's not delivered isn't a good customer service at all. With no apology and with fake promises.... I will never recommend anyone to use tnt australia.

I went for an interview

Hi, This is an very sad incident happen to my life. I don't want to mention the name, I went a interview a company called TNT located in bangalore Cambridge road. One gandu manager interviewed me, And he is fit for nothing, he even don't no how to speak a English and he is thinking that he is great, He is taking out the personal details and if any sad incident happen in our life, That *** is enjoying and saying that i can't believe it. and he is fit for that job, I want to mention another thing also pls don't make this kind of idiotic characters mind person in a big position, it's problem to all, I don't know how that team is suffering with that gandu, If he continue in that company defnetly that company will never improve, I don't know that gandu's name if i know means definetly i will complain to the police, because that gandu tortured my mentally and even physically.

Misreporting weight to rip off GST from consumer

I recently had a high value item shipped from the United Kingdom to Australia using TNT Express. The item was low weight, less that 1kg, but was valued at over $1000, and therefore applicable for GST/import duty in Australia (but only GST applied for this item). The item got stuck in customs, I called them up regarding it, apparently the item was stuck in customs due to no invoice being attached, and then told me the weight of the item amongst a few other details. When I heard that the item was 62kg I was shocked, and then fired off an email to the sender. They confirmed that the item was registered on their side as 1kg, and sent me an invoice, which I forwarded to TNT to get the item out of customs. I had already calculated the taxes and broker costs based on best guesses according to others I had talked to who had imported items internationally. When the item arrived, the price on the invoice was $100 higher than my estimate, I had almost gone forward and paid for the amount, figuring my estimates were off. Luckily I read the invoice! TNT had reported the weight of my <1kg item as 62kg, although it may have seemed like a clerical error there may have been something very shifty going on underneath. 62kg = $1,000 postage = $100 GST. The payment is made to a representative at TNT, who could pocket that extra $100 (on top of their brokerage fee) and forward the balance to the authorities. Furthermore it was confirmed by the sender that they had not been asked to pay any extra fees for postage. I had to make numerous calls and send numerous emails to TNT in order to get the weight adjusted before paying the duty. When calling I would get a different contact each time, so I would add them into the next email. however, all that happened is that I would get the same invoice sent over and over again, much in the same way that Internet scams work. After 2 weeks of this commotion (and a suggestion that they will be reported to the authorities) they finally caved and adjusted the amount, I paid, and the item was on its way. I even asked what the problem was and never received a reason, excuse, or apology. When the item finally arrived, the weight, value and description of the item were clearly marked on the package. This seems like a scam to me, and the lack of response from TNT staff only provides support to the premise. It makes me wonder if this sort of thing just goes unnoticed by most importers and someone at TNT happily pockets the proceeds.

TNT's Johnny Anderson is an absolute ***! The problem with TNT is that the management has no idea how things are on the ground in Chicago.

The Sales Managers get away with murder by misleading members of senior management and senior management has no balls to rectify issues.

The drivers are treated like garbage by Gary Castro and he and the Sales Manager keep putting each other down. A house divided can never stand!

Unbelievably Incompetent !

I am attempting to ship an item from Australia to Toronto. Staff dropped the item off at a TNT collection office in Australia and then flew home. It got to Sydney fine but a week later it was still sitting in Sydney. No information from TNT and nothing on the tracking site. After some digging, I finally got the Toronto office to look into it and they said "yes, it was sitting in Sydney" but they didnt know why? 3 days later, still nothing from them. Finally, with much effort I was put in touch with someone lamebrained *** looking after the issue. They said the shipment had a battery in it and TNT/Aust wouldnt ship until they knew what it was. I told her it was a standard lead-gel battery like the ones used for many years in laptops. But, they wanted harardouz material documents completed even though the airlines accept these batteries as non-hazardous and we provided documents to this effect. We did supply the documents they requested and it took 5 days for them to confirm receipt and that they had sent to TNT/Aust. Now 5 days later and the shipment is still sitting in Sydney and no word from TNT! an absolutely upbelievably incompentent company.
