I AM WORKING WITH TNT FROM MORE THEN 10 YEARS THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THAT AWB 15127**** WAS RECEIVED BY TNT FROM CHINA AND TRANSFER TO HONG KONG WITH ALL THE DOCUMENTS AND CERTIFICATES REQUIRED TO CLEAR CUSTOM IN SAUDI ARABIA. IT WAS STUCK IN SAUDI ARABIA CUSTOMS FOR MORE THEN 21 DAYS AND TNT DEMAND SEVERAL DOCUMENTS AND APPROVALS WHILE SHIPMENT IN CUSTOMS AND I PROVIDED ALL. THE PROBLEM IS BEFORE THEY RECEIVED SHIPMENT THEY INSPECT EACH AND EVERY DOCUMENT AND CERTIFICATE THEN WHY STUCK IN CUSTOMS SO LONG AND AT THE END THEY RETURN BACK TO ORIGEN. NOW THE ORIGEN TNT AGENT IS HOLDING GOODS AND DEMANDING MONEY FOR RETURN BACK OF GOODS. I THOUGHT I WILL GET BACK THE MONEY THAT I PAID FOR SHIPPING BECAUSE TNT UNABLE TO DELIVER THE GOODS, PLEASE UPDATE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE HONG KONG AND CHINA AGENTS ARE NOT COOPERATIVE AND SAYING IF NOT PAID MONEY THE GOODS WILL REMAIN WITH US AND YOU HAVE TO PAY THE WAREHUSE RENT AND RETURN COST WHICH WILL BE INCREASE EVERYDAY.

How does a shipping company lose 25kg? How does it go "missing" and no one calls you or returns a call 3 weeks after it was expected to arrive. How does no one have answers or care to help? Worst shipment company ever! Probably the lowest functioning business I have ever experienced. I am disgusted.

LOST PACKAGES WITH HUGE VALUE

TNT have lost 2 ( 50791**** & 50791****) out of 3 bis boxes that should have been delivered 18th November 2016. Only 1 have arrived and after 1 month of daily communication with TNT they told me that the 2 boxes (aprox 30kilo each) were lost. If the boxes are send at the same time from the same location, how can it be that I only received 1 ? TNT failed me to answer this question: it might be that the boxes got damaged and they are untracable.... right... I think it has been stolen within the companies responsibility. The 2 missing boxes contains clothing collection that was needed for my new and first store in Amsterdam. Now I have lost not only a lot of money ( worth of the 2 boxes are 12.000 Euro, and with a commercial value of 26.000 euro). But I have lost a big selling opportunity during the Holiday Season. After more than one month you want to settle these 2 lost boxes with aprox 163 Euro?! It started with a newly open office of TNT at Kerobokan , BALI. They failed to offer us the right paperwork (because they did not have them at that moment). They also failed to ask question as the procedure , like offering us insurance. I asked for shipment with insurance, but got the standar insurance instead?! A refund of 35 euro for 1 box and 128 Euro is far less than the amount per kilo According to your terms & condition 12C ! Also what happened with the refund of the shipment costs?! It costs me nearly 1200 euro for the shipment costs. I HAVE ALL THE RECEIPTS, INVOICES , PROOF OF THE VALUE OF THE PRODUCTS. I have send these invoices by email to TNT Indonesia, Holland and Singapore. Also the box that did arrived can be checked by insurance or agent here at our store to determine the value of each item. 12.000 euro may not be a big amount for such a corporation as TNT, but for me it is a lot! I never have lost shipments with UPS, DHL and even the express postal office. Explain to me how you handle things such as THEFT in your own company?! It is the only thing that can happen to my lost boxes. TNT customer services couldn't verify with me what have happened. And so funny that even 1 employee told me that happens sometimes when packages got lost. This is not a professional way to explain to your customers and clients. Some shipments have a great value to it for clients or customers, such as these shipments. This is my living... It took a lot of professionalism and hard work to make an entire clothing collection with my team of 12 people. Blood , sweat and tears...for 3 months. Only the last step: the shipment from production place (BALI) to the store (selling point) in Amsterdam, made all the 3 months work and all the money spend worth nothing. .... well according to you 500k and 1.9 million IDR... Is this a service that people need to pay for? A service that may ruin people lives? A personal insurance covers better and is more humane than that from TNT. What is your motto again? "The People Network?" seriously? We are not going to slip this away. I hope this will be handled more humane way or we can be humane at court. best, Frengky Apriyanto Tervoort

TNT Sucks!

Terrible! I would have given them zero stars but that is not an option.

..I have had a package stuck in customs for a month and still no movement. I wait on the phone an average of 20 minutes before I can speak with a representative and then I'm just handed off to another department. I emailed numerous times and have not received a response and I even made contact through their websites contact page. Still no response.

TNT is a *** show and I would rather drive nails through my *** than ship a package with TNT. They SUCK! They SUCK! They SUCK!

TNT EXPRESS is worst shipping company

The TNT EXPRESS had the worse delivery recorded so far and we have been struggled to dealing with them (I have been dealing with many shipping companies pass 14 years). Their customer service from the top of manager down to customer service agent are fxxker, all need to get fired, they are rude, irresponsible, will not help you. It is nightmare to dealing with this shipping company! The previous shipment delayed for 3 weeks and I have to chase them down every day!. This new shipment should be delivered last week, and delay again, possibly lost my shipment at this point. I call those TNT customer service Fxxker and email them many time without any answer and delay resounded, and rude if they responded. The worst bad customer service, I have ever had! Their customer service team from the top to bottom should get fired, those Fxxker (employee) are worthless!

The worst freight compnay every TNT

No responses in regards to our shipment after we paid for it to be released Jessica Haloo and Marcel Pomerleau, took payment and never had any answers to where is our freight this started on April 4th, shipment was released on the 5th should have arrived to us on the 6th per there instructions, a week later still nothing tried to reach out to them they have no answers? And do not respond to any emails or calls to which i left messages. This is the kind of customer service they give which is BAD VERY BAD. And even today I tried calling and no one answers there phones. They blame it on a merger between them and Fed EX but still they need to be on top of these things period.

Exactly the same with us. Package left on April 5 from Europe.

Today is April 13th and still not arrived in the US. The worst problem is getting though to someone who knows what's going on.

Dont book any consignment with TNT

THIS CO IS WORSE IN SERVICES IF U WANN FORGET YOUR PARCEL USE THIS A PARCEL BOOKED FROM TAIWAN TO INDIA ON 28TH SEP 2017 FOR INDIA THE MAXIMUM DELIVERY DATE WAS 4 OF OCT 2017 WHEN I CALLED MY PR FOR THIS SHE SAID THERE WERE 3 CONGESTIVE HOLIDAY SO CAN NOT GOT CLEARED AFTER THAT THEY SAY SOME MORE LAME EXCUSES AFTER THIS THEY NEVER PICK MY PHONE I CONTACTED GURPREET,RAHUL,VINOD, JYANTI, NAMIT THESE PEOPLE IN DELHI BOT NO ONE WAS CURIOUS TO SOLVE THIS PROBM THIS IS MY LAST CONSIGNMENT AFTER THIS I AM JUST KICKING THIS COMPANY FOR EVER AND I RECOMMEND ALL OTHER PEOPLE NOT TO BOOK ANY CONSIGNMENT FROM THIS COMPANY

Delay for one week and no any compensation

I sent goods from Ningbo ,China to France, it is usually only take 6-7 days, but for met, it took 15 days more. My TNT airway bill no is : GD318 55* 118 WW. I askd the TNT in Ningbo to arrange the courier, but TNT said I appoint their TNT agent, NOT TNT, it was the first time I heard this. I paid about USD7100 for this service, but the delivery time is as the same as by train, and by train, I only need to pay USD2000.00 . I am very disappointed with theire service, and hope can choose other courier next time.

Unprofessional Jokers: never come to collect my parcel despite repeated promises.

Scamming company, called many times, I have been waiting 2 days my home to collect a parcel, always promised me they will come before 18:00. At the end of the first day (January the 4th) they were saying my order was from Hong Kong and it has not been set on the national system. Therefore a new collect date shall be set and such said date has been set on the following day with their promise that in case of for any reason the courier cannot accomplish I will be contacted by them. On January the 5th few minutes before 18:00 nobody came to collect the parcel and no one called me either, so I call again. They said there was no order on their office near my place, they lose few minutes at the phone, at 18:00 exactly they purposely drop the line without giving me any useful information. So now I still do not know when my parcel will be collected. Avoid definitely, those guys are unprofessional scammers, that's it!!!!

I paid for a door to door Services and they are in breach of their own Terms and Conditions. A specific door number was provided but they want to either drop it on the road or drop it at another address. TNT have refused to delivery my goods and insist on dropping the goods on the road. Very rude delivery staff. The drivers are rude, abusive, and have no care, it's as if they own the business and they can get away with whatever they like. The Depot has bad service. They do not have good customer service and for all the trouble its best to use other services. All delivery services need to be regulated.

..........................................................................................................................We have daily packets delivered to sustain our property maintenance business, every time a supplier used tnt there was trouble and damage .They would not even try to leave with neighbour and take a very urgent velux window away. when re delivered the next day and when came to fit found out the flashing kit was all bent up inside where someones walked on . Again with sensitive materials all damaged . I refuse TnT on my premises and sometimes pay suppliers a little more to use other transport company . Ive never experienced such a poorly constructed company which really dont care if you become your parcel or not and not to talk about respect for our property . Made me angry and i dont need that in my life M.McLeod

TNT not delivered the goods from USA

I paid 70$ for a 2 lbs pack via Viabox to Tnt.
According to their info, express shipping will be 4-8 days to Izmir Turkey. And I accepted.
2 days ago TNT called me to take my goods from custom as treating me a business importer after the pack arrives to Turkey by LORRY.

They brought my pack as a trader good item via TRUCK to custom and called me take it from custom with hiring special custom agent.

All other postal services like UPS USPS DHL ... knows the prodecures ansd they care to deliver shippment they carry.

But TNT has very careless idiotic manners.

Be aware from TNT.

I had a bad experience with TNT. As I was not at home, without trying to contact me for a postponed delivery, the person just dumped the parcels over the gate on the ground in the garden.

It had been raining that morning and the ground was moist. In addition, each parcel containing 15 books, the dumping of the parcels above each other damaged some books.

The next day, I met the person delivering a second batch of parcels. He had started to dump again one parcel above the gate.

I told him that this was not a way to deliver parcels and that I would complain, and he said he did not care.

Asking for his name, he told me "just say number 193".

There does not seem to be possible to file a complaint on their site.

Tnt Express Vehicle Driver Review

Driver parked on narrow road, Pynes Lane Bideford at 12 20 on Thursday December 29th making my exit from my drive extremely difficult, he said you've got a driving license use it, not got a big car, quite rude and aggressive, as I'm almost 70 I would have at least expected guidance to make sure I cleared his truck. Quite shook up by experience

TNT is useless

I might as well throw my money down the toilet than use TNT. Their service is poor, the staff are incompetent and need have no sense of accountability towards the customer. In South Africa the staff just give the customer generic answers when dealing with queries. They really need to do a clean up of the filthy attitude in this company. After using another company, I also realised that I was getting ripped off by TNT with the customs clearance fees. Now that their systems have been hacked, there is no way to contact anyone as the phones are not answered. TNT is a big organisation, but runs like a fly by night operation. All I can do is wait and lose money in the process.... Definitely not getting any more business from me
