As you know that we have just started biz with your company and sorry to say that we are not satisfied your service were not adequete and in recent example yesterday we have received a shipment in our Khi office in very bad condition and without our box.As i told you earlier about the sensitivity about our product, now that seven cartons are totally damage kindly investigate this matter revert your findings.More over most of shipments were delivered late at their destination.

We switch our biz only bcz of your continous followup and such issues become hurdles in our biz terms.

Monetary Loss: $500.
