It took two days to ship a 5kg parcel "300mm x 300mm x 300mm" from Taichung in Tawain (Collected 23-11-2017) to Johanneburg in South Africa (Landed OR Tambo International Airport 25-11-2017), the parcel has been with TNT Express South Africa for the last 10 days in South Africa and still no delivery. A number of e-mails have been sent to Customer Care South Africa, phone calls to TNT Express Customer Service in South Africa, TNT tracking is totally irrelevant the information is not accurate or correctly updated according to the Info recived from TNT Customer Care. Pathetic, we have been importing for over 25 years, tried TNT for the first time, it will be the last time.

Product or Service Mentioned: Tnt Express Door-to-door Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $18000.

I didn't like: Express part of the so called marketing.
